The Slack integration is coming soon. This page describes the planned behavior. Use webhooks with a Slack Incoming Webhook URL to connect today.

The Slack integration will post a message to a Slack channel whenever a new (non-spam) submission arrives on your form.

Planned behavior

When connected:

  1. Authorize Formtorch to post to your Slack workspace
  2. Choose a channel for notifications
  3. On each new real submission, Formtorch posts a formatted message with the submission fields

Connect via Webhooks today

Connect Formtorch to Slack today using Incoming Webhooks:

  1. In Slack, go to Your Apps → Incoming Webhooks and create a new webhook for your channel
  2. Copy the webhook URL
  3. In Formtorch, go to Settings → Webhooks and add the Slack Incoming Webhook URL
  4. Send a test submission — it will appear in your Slack channel

The raw webhook payload is JSON. Use a Zapier Zap or Make scenario to format the message if you need a custom Slack Block Kit layout.
