Team Members
Team member invitations are coming soon. This page describes the planned behavior. See below for the current workaround.
Team members will be able to access your Formtorch workspace to manage forms, view submissions, and configure integrations — without sharing your login credentials.
How it will work
Invite a teammate
Go to Settings → Team and enter their email address. They receive an invitation email.
Teammate accepts
They click the link, create a Formtorch account, and are automatically added to your workspace.
Access shared workspace
All team members see the same projects, forms, and submissions. The workspace owner controls billing and can remove members from Settings → Team.
Roles
Initial role support will include:

More granular roles (read-only, per-project access) are planned for a future release.
Plan availability
Team members are planned for paid plans (Starter and Pro). The exact seat limits are not yet finalized.
Today: single-user workspaces
Formtorch workspaces are currently single-user. If multiple people need to monitor submissions, the most practical option is to add multiple email notification recipients per form — up to 3 on Starter, 5 on Pro. Each recipient receives an email when a new submission arrives, without needing dashboard access.
