Changing your plan
Go to Settings → Billing in the dashboard.
- Upgrades: Click Upgrade to start a Stripe Checkout session. New limits and features are available as soon as the payment completes.
- Downgrades, cancellations, and payment method changes: Click Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can switch plans, update your card, or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens when you hit your submission limit
| Plan | Behavior at limit |
|---|---|
| Free | Forms stop accepting submissions until the monthly quota resets |
| Starter | Forms stop accepting submissions until the monthly quota resets |
| Pro | Forms stop accepting submissions until the monthly quota resets |
Your quota resets on the first of each calendar month. Upgrade at any time from Settings → Billing to raise your limit immediately — you don’t need to wait for the reset.
Spam submissions and test submissions never count toward your monthly quota.
Annual billing
Choosing annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year. To switch from monthly to annual (or back), click Manage billing in Settings → Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal and update your billing interval.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time by clicking Manage billing in Settings → Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, the account reverts to the Free plan.
Data is not deleted when you cancel. Your submissions remain accessible (within Free plan retention limits) after the plan downgrades.
