Formtorch offers three plans. All plans include unlimited forms.

Changing your plan
Go to Settings → Billing in the dashboard to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Changes take effect immediately:
- Upgrades: You’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. New limits and features are available immediately.
- Downgrades: Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle. The new plan takes effect at renewal.
What happens when you hit your submission limit

Your quota resets on the first of each calendar month.
Spam submissions and test submissions never count toward your monthly quota.
Annual billing
Choosing annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year. Contact support to switch from monthly to annual on an existing subscription.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, the account reverts to the Free plan.
Data is not deleted when you cancel. Your submissions remain accessible (within Free plan retention limits) after the plan downgrades.
