Usage & Quotas
The usage dashboard gives you a real-time view of how much of your plan you’ve consumed this month.
Viewing your usage
Go to Settings → Usage in the dashboard . You’ll see:
- Submissions this month: Count of real submissions received (spam and test excluded)
- Submissions remaining: How many you have left before hitting your quota
- File storage used: Total storage consumed by file attachments across all submissions
- Quota reset date: When your monthly count resets (always the first of the month)
The usage meter is color-coded:

Quota warnings
Formtorch sends an email warning when you approach your monthly limit. You’ll receive a notification at 80% and again at 100% of your quota.
Warning emails go to the notification address configured in Settings → Notifications. Make sure this address is set correctly so you don’t miss the alerts.
Upgrading before you hit the limit
If you’re approaching your quota, upgrade from Settings → Billing. The new quota takes effect immediately after upgrading — you don’t need to wait for the monthly reset.
Monthly quota reset
Quotas reset on the first calendar day of each month (UTC). Unused quota does not roll over.
