Notification recipients now live in a single, reusable directory per project instead of being tied to one form at a time.

The problem this solves

If a project has ten forms and one person needs to be notified about all of them, that used to mean adding and verifying the same email address ten separate times. Every new form meant another round of "check your inbox and click the link" for every recipient, and there was no way to see, in one place, who was actually getting notified across a project.

How it works

Recipients are now managed from Project Settings → Notifications: a reusable directory of verified addresses for the whole project. Add an address once, verify it once, and it's available to every form in that project from then on.

From there, each recipient can reach forms two ways:

• Default — mark a recipient as Default and they're notified for every form in the project automatically, including forms you create later.
• Assigned — from an individual form's Settings → Notifications, add a directory recipient (existing or new) to just that form, without touching anything else.

A form's actual recipients are the combination of its project's defaults plus anything assigned directly to it, deduplicated automatically, so the same person never gets double-notified for one submission.

What stays the same

Verification, unsubscribe links, plan-based recipient limits, and manual resend/delivery history all work exactly as before, they just operate on the shared project directory now instead of a per-form list.
