Make and n8n Integrations

October 1, 2026

Your forms can now start a Make scenario or an n8n workflow on every new submission. Both are available on the Starter and Pro plans.

The problem this solves

Make and n8n are where a lot of teams build their automations: enriching leads, writing to a database, calling an AI model, or notifying a channel. You could always point a Formtorch webhook at them, but you had to know that was possible and work out the setup yourself. Now there's a card for each on your form's Integrations tab and a step-by-step guide for each.

How it works

  1. In Make, create a scenario with a Custom webhook trigger. In n8n, add a Webhook trigger set to POST and publish the workflow.
  2. Open your form in Formtorch, go to Integrations, and click Add Destination on the Make or n8n card.
  3. Paste the URL and submit your form once so Make or n8n can learn your fields.

That's it. Every new submission now runs your scenario or workflow.

Built on webhooks you can trust

Under the hood, Make and n8n receive the same signed webhook as any other destination:

  • Signed: every request carries an X-FormTorch-Signature header you can verify.
  • Retried: if Make or n8n doesn't respond, Formtorch retries with exponential backoff, up to 6 attempts.
  • Visible: each submission shows its delivery status in the dashboard.
  • Clean data: spam and test submissions are never sent.

Plan limits

Make and n8n each use one of your form's webhook destinations. On Starter, each form has one webhook destination, which can go to Make, n8n, or any other webhook URL; different forms can each use a different one. Pro has no per-form limit.
