Feature

Discord Integration

October 4, 2026

Your forms can now post every new submission to a Discord channel. It's available on the Pro plan.

The problem this solves

Email works for one person. A team that lives in Discord wants new leads, sign-ups, and support requests where everyone already is, so the first person free can pick them up. Until now that meant wiring a webhook through Zapier or Make just to reach a channel.

How it works

  1. In Discord, open Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks, create a webhook for your channel, and copy its URL.
  2. Open your form in Formtorch, go to Integrations, and click Add Destination on the Discord card.
  3. Paste the URL, then click Send test message to see it in your channel.

That's it. Every new submission now appears in your channel with one line per field and a link to the full submission.

Safe by default

  • No surprise pings: mentions are always off, so a submission containing @everyone can't notify your whole server.
  • No disguised links: formatting in submitted text is shown as plain text.
  • Private URL: your webhook URL is stored encrypted and never shown again.
  • Clean data: spam and test submissions are never posted.
  • Retried: if Discord is busy or rate limits a burst, Formtorch retries automatically, and each delivery's status shows in the dashboard.

Plan limits

Discord is included on Pro, with up to 5 channels per form. Slack is coming next.
