Subprocessors
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Formtorch uses the third-party providers below to run the service. Each provider that processes form submissions is bound by a written agreement with data protection terms at least as protective as our Data Processing Addendum. If this page and the Data Processing Addendum conflict, the Data Processing Addendum prevails.
Providers that process form submissions
These providers handle the submissions your forms receive, on your behalf. Submission data is stored in the US (AWS us-west-2, Oregon).
- Vercel Inc. (USA): Server hosting
- Neon, LLC (USA): Database hosting
- Amazon Web Services, Inc. (USA): File storage
- Upstash, Inc. (Canada): Rate limiting
- Upstash, Inc. (USA): Background jobs (IDs only, no submission content)
- Plus Five Five, Inc. (USA): Email notifications (Resend)
- Functional Software, Inc. (USA): Error monitoring (Sentry)
Providers that process account and website data
These providers handle data about your Formtorch account or your visits to formtorch.com. They never receive your form submissions. Formtorch processes this data as an independent controller under its Privacy Policy, so these providers are not subprocessors under the Data Processing Addendum.
- Clerk, Inc. (USA): User authentication
- Stripe, Inc. (USA): Payment processing
- Google LLC (USA): Website analytics (Google Analytics)
- Microsoft Corporation (USA): Website analytics and session replay (Clarity)
Integrations you turn on yourself, such as Google Sheets or webhooks, are not subprocessors. Data is sent to them on your instruction.
