Mark as Spam from Email
Submission notification emails now have a Mark as Spam action alongside Reply to Submitter. If TorchWarden missed a spam submission, you can flag it without opening the dashboard.

Clicking the link never mutates anything by itself: it opens a confirmation page, and only an explicit click there marks the submission as spam. This keeps the email link safe to click by accident.

The confirmation link expires after 7 days and is cryptographically signed per submission, so it can't be reused against a different one.
This replaces the previous "View Submission" button, which pointed at a route that never existed.
