Feature

Verified Email Recipients for Notifications

March 12, 2026

Notification delivery is now tied to per-form verified recipients rather than a single workspace-level address. Before an email address receives any submission notifications, it must confirm ownership via a verification link.

How it works

  1. Open Form Settings → Notifications for any form.
  2. Enter an email address and click Add recipient.
  3. A verification email is sent to that address with a confirmation link.
  4. Once the link is clicked, the address is marked Verified and will receive notifications for all future submissions to that form.

Addresses that haven't been confirmed show a Pending badge. You can resend the verification email at any time (with a 5-minute cooldown between sends), or remove the address entirely.

Privacy

Each recipient receives their own individual email. No CC or BCC, and addresses are never visible to other recipients.

What happens with no verified recipients

If a form has no verified recipients, submission notifications are silently skipped. Nothing is lost. Submissions are still stored in your dashboard as normal.

Plan limits

The current limit is 1 verified recipient per form. Higher limits (3 on Basic, 5 on Pro) are coming with billing plan support.
