What counts as a submission?

A submission is any successful form send to your Formtorch endpoint (/f/{projectId}). Submission quotas reset at the start of each calendar month.

Question 3

Do spam or test submissions count toward usage?

Accepted Answer

No. Submissions flagged as spam and test submissions are not counted toward your monthly quota. They are still stored in your dashboard so you can review them if needed.

What happens if I exceed my monthly submission limit?

If you're on the Free plan, new submissions will pause once the monthly limit is reached. You can upgrade at any time to continue receiving submissions immediately. On Starter and Pro plans, submissions keep flowing and any additional usage is billed as overage. We'll also send you a heads-up email before you reach the limit so you can upgrade in time.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. Formtorch works with any frontend and doesn't require a backend. Point your form’s action attribute or a fetch() request to your Formtorch endpoint. It works with Webflow, Framer, Next.js, Astro, plain HTML, and other static site tools.
